Sometimes you might need to disconnect a player from his current account, this is how to reset the player to its initial login screen.
How to reset an external device
To reset an external device, connect a keyboard to the device and press 7.
This will clear all registration data, the initial screen of login and QR will show.

If you only have a mouse connected to an Android device you could also go to:
Settings > Apps > PlayShield > Clear data and cache
On Android and Windows, you can also uninstall and re install the app to clear its data.
How to reset on a smart TV
Generally, pressing ‘7’ on the remote will do the job.
If you need other ways, you can uninstall and reinstall the player.
